Position Purpose

Be a part of a Business Transformation Team working with a Financial

Services Industry Leader on highly visible projects solving end-to-end

business process challenges and creating a world-class UX for both current

and prospective users of company s unique range of products and

services.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, preferably in an IT, Psychology  

Minimum 3 years in a similar role

 Interaction Design and UCD  User Centred Design  training and experience

 required.

 5+ years of UX Analysis and research for Web, Mobile and Enterprise

 Software applications

 Must have experience with requirements analysis, interacting with business

 users to define clear scope and assemble and manage proper crossfunctional

 teams

 Experience in an Agile SDLC environment is strongly preferred

Experience in Enterprise Hardware Technology a plus

Experience with Axure Prototyping tool a major plus

Experience with Visio and Powerpoint a plus

 Strong knowledge in best practices for Web-based Information,

 Architecture and Design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles

 and techniques

 Strong knowledge of Prototyping Methodologies and tools

 understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate

 them into technical and operational design requirements.

 Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for

 dynamic

 HTML5orCSS3orjQuery web applications

 plus

 Ability to develop and deliver presentations to various audiences from

 application end users to clients and internal senior leadership

 Proven leadership skills and Project Management Skills.

 Ability to read communication styles of team members and clients who

 come from a broad spectrum of disciplines

 Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative

 environment

 Ability to travel  up to 5%

 Strong user centred design skills and experience on Mobile Application

Designs would be an advantage

 The applicant should meet these requirements:

Effective and consistent service delivery and support to all internal clients

Work as a member of the User Experience Team to document the UI

 specification and wireframes for an enterprise quote to invoice application

 Elicit system requirements using interviews, document analysis,

 requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process

 descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis

 Translate business requirements into a Visual Design specification

 document and Prototype Solutions with the Axure Prototyping tool  or

 similar e.g. Visio or Omnigraffle

 Promote usability best practices and conduct usability tests and research

 Establish and maintain clear scope boundaries for the solution

 Represent the User Experience Team in client meetings regarding new 

business initiatives andoror changes 

Other duties may be assigned based on company needs

 Design the interface, interaction flow and key UX decisions for cross-device

 and cross-platform solutions

 Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual

 mockups.

 Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications

 Build upon and expand established style guides and UI patterns

 Collaborate with resources to ensure all design requirements adequately

 reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of

 the functional business requirements

 Analyze resources, product enhancements, improved communications and faster

 issue resolution

 Manage own performance and development

 Performance Contract in place

 Quarterly Performance Review discussion with Manager
