The main purpose of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for, develop , and maintain new accounts/customers to ensure a compound growth for the business.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience with a re-seller and implementation partner for key networking technologies, IT Infrastructure solutions including Data Storage , and implementation and management of data centres, hosted solutions and cloud based customer solutions. The company hiring is a business partner for major brands such as Cisco and Juniper , Microsoft and runs Data Centres running state of the art technologies and Microsoft and development/integration services
Duties will include : new business development , sales and marketing of products and services
Account planning and management for existing and new key customer accounts ; tracking and recording activity on accounts
Present new products and services and enhance existing and new relationships
Maintaining a strong pipeline of new business to convert to actualized sales and associated reporting to management and Business Unit Manager
Establish and maintain relationships within accounts on all levels by presenting to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new opportunities.
Fully understand the company s product and services to continually enhance the company s and personal performance.
