A good computer and support background is required as the technical team will be managed.

Current responsibilities includes

·         Ensure staff follow-up with clients for sales & technical enquiries

·         Manage issuing of invoices, Delivery & collection procedures, managing stock levels, placing of orders from Korea

·         Monthly sales and management reports

·         Assist technical staff with difficulties where required  secondary but highly preferred  – internal product training will be provided

·         Good client communication

·         Able to attend product demonstrations for high profile clients  normally technical support staff do demos, but sometimes managers presence is important for talking business

·         Basically ensuring the distribution division operates smoothly

·         Initiative and go-getter attitude is essential
