The purpose of this role is to ensure excellent customer service through efficient people management, merchandising, stock management, administration and financial management; thereby driving sales and maximizing profitability.


  • Answering priority emails
  • Cash flow management
  • New business development
  • General maintenance of store and overseeing door repairmen, plumbers, carpenters, painters, etc.
  • Training of staff: Technicians and Receptionists
  • Creating manuals
  • Hosting staff meetings
  • Client Satisfaction & Problem Solving
  • Staying up to date with new software, fixes and making sure all staff are informed
  • Assisting HR Manager with recruitment and interviews
  • Stock Ordering and Management
  • Procurement of Technician Tools
  • Accessory Control: Ordering etc
  • Weekly feedback calls to clients (clients rate the service and systems are then improved accordingly)
  • Making sure that technicians keep clients up to date
  • Creating systems that promote efficiency eg. spreadsheets on google drive for inter branch transfers or
  • Urgent stock needed (each technician completes his own list and the completed list is forwarded to stock controller)
  • Overseeing the general running of the store and making sure that everyone is doing their job efficiently
  • Innovation


  • 3 to 5 years people management experience in a retail environment (retail management diploma beneficial)
  • Proven knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Ability to meet targets and production goals
  • Familiarity with Apple Products Advantageous
