Vacancy: Recruitment Consultant
WORK FROM HOME
Location – anywhere in South Africa
Are you a stay at home Mom? Have you taken time out of the corporate environment for whatever reason and are battling to secure employment? Do you have your own internet (minimum 4mbps download speed and no less than 5g per month data) and laptop? Transport issues?
We wish to expand our recruitment division and seek to appoint recruitment consultants on a work from home basis. Full one-on-one (face to face) training will be provided.
2 Years Admin experience
Fully computer literate (MS Word, Internet, Email)
Well-spoken and professional
Own internet connection with at least 5
Previous recruitment experience advantageous
Working from home can be awesome, but it can also be very lonely. To work from home, one needs to be very disciplined. Initially, the prospect of working on a commission basis can be very daunting, but the earning potential is very good, especially if you consider the commission structure and take into account that you earn on every single placement made. This motivates you to work smarter, harder and to make placements. The more you place, the more you earn.
